PRESIDENT'S  PROFILE
Tom Stout worked in various capacities at COE before becoming president in 1993. He graduated from Franklin University with a B.S. in Business and Human Resource Management. He is  dedicated to the profession he has known for the better part of his life. While growing up with his father, a skilled electrician, he learned the lessons that would later serve as the foundation for his success.

Tom is committed to providing his employees with a good working environment. He feels it is only fair to take care of his employees, just as they take care of the company. This type of Employer/Employee relationship ensures high quality work for our customers.

Tom resides in Grove City with his wife, Cindy, and their 2 sons, Garrett and Cameron.
